The pga gene coding for penicillin G acylase from strain E. coli RE3 was cloned on pPICZA plasmid and expressed in the yeast Pichia pastoris X33. The enzyme was purified from both strains and further characterized Gen kódující penicilin-G-acylasu z produkčního kmene E. coli RE3 byl klonován do plazmidu pPICZA a exprimován v Pichia pastoris X33. Z obou hostitelských kmenů E. coli a P. pastoris byla penicilin-G-acylasa izolována a charakterizovány její vlastnosti
