Studie byla zpracována na základě smlouvy uzavřené mezi podnikem Povodí Vltavy, státní podnik a Biologickým centrem AVČR, v.v.i.. Předmětem bylo odebrání vzorků sedimentů z nádrže vodního díla Sedlice a provedení koagulačních experimentů na těchto vzorcích, za účelem nalezení optimálních podmínek pro odvodnění sedimentů pomocí geotextilních vaků a průtokových centrifug. Výsledky poslouží k nalezení optimálních podmínek koagulace k zajištění maximálního vyčištění odtékající technologické vody od živin, případně kontaminujících látek. The study was conducted on the basis of a contract between the Vltava River, State Enterprise and the Biology Centre CAS. The subject of the study comprised of sediment sampling from Sedlice Reservoir (Czech Republic) and coagulation experiments on these samples in order to find optimum conditions for dredged sediment dewatering using geotextile tubes and flow centrifuges. Results will serve to find optimum coagulation conditions to ensure maximum purification of the effluent from nutrients or contaminants during the process of sediment dewatering.
