We focused on comparison of the development and behaviour of S. cerevisiae strains overproducing various PDR transporters to those that have genes for some of them deleted. Besides a spectrum of physiological parameters, we analysed also expression changes of selected genes and measured reduced cytochrome spectra of these strains to find out the state of their respiration Zaměřili jsem se na vývoj a chování kmenů S. cerevisiae s nadprodukcí různých PDR transportérů a kmenů s jejich delecemi. Kromě řady fyziologických parametrů byly analyzovány změny v expresi vybraných genů a měřena spektra cytochromů pro zjištění stavu respirace
