Práce charakterizuje situaci na energetickém trhu v ČR z pohledu ekonomiky jako celku. V současné době lze pozorovat trend na jedné straně se stále zvyšující závislosti na surovinách dovážených do ČR a zároveň rostoucí ceny fosilních paliv a na straně druhé růst spotřeby energie. Práce popisuje historický vývoj na energetickém trhu ČR po roce 1990 širších souvislostech včetně deregulace trhu s energiemi pro spotřebitele (domácnosti i firmy). Dále jsou analyzováy vybrané nástroje státu, zejména energetické koncepce, dotační tituly ze strukturálních fondů EU, legislativa obnovitelných zdrojů energie a role úspor energie z pohledu státu. This study deals with situation on energy market of the Czech Republic in aggregate view. There is a common trend of growing dependence on imported energy base materilas into Czech Republic and their growing prices and on the other hand growth of the energy consumption. The study reports historical evolution and trends upon a Czech energy sector after 1990 in wider contaxt including liberalisation of the market for consumers. The selected state instruments, such as state energy conceptions, EU structural funds subventions, renewables legislation and role of the energy savings viewed by state, are analyzed.
