Abstract: It is difficult to say what exactly forced me to write this essay. But I am sure that mortgage market is one of the most interesting parts of global financial sector. But definitely mortgage crisis in United States of America, which affected with small portion of enhance all financial world, or interest rate of czech mortgages, which grew rapidly last year ? these and lot more are the factors which helped with their matter of interest to convince me about rightness of chosing this topic.
