eng Abstract:
[eng][cze] The effect of different plant species on the presence and activity of PCB-degrading microorganisms in real contaminated soil was followed after 7 months cultivation. The presence of microorganisms containing gene bphA was investigated after direct isolation of DNA from soil. Microorganisms were identified by 16S r DNA gene. The biodiversity was studied using TTGE.Vliv rostlinných druhů na přítomnost a aktivitu PCB-degradujících mikroorganismů v reálné kontaminované půdě byl sledován po 7 měsících kultivace. Po přímé isolaci DNA z půdy byla testována přítomnost genu bphA, mikroorganismy identifikovány pomocí genu 16S rDNA, a biodiversita sledována pomocí TTGE.
