The paper was aimed at both the observation of major excipients effect on mixture homogeneity and stability in pilot plant conditions and the development of an experimental technique for investigation of the powder mixture segregation tendency and distinguishing between different segregation mechanisms. Studie si kladla za cíl jednak pozorování vlivu hlavních excipientů na homogenitu a stabilitu směsi prášků v poloprovozních podmínkách a vývoj experimentální techniky pro sledování segregace práškových směsí a dále rozlišení mezi různými segregačními mechanismy.
