eng Abstract:
[eng][cze] Oil conversion to free fatty acids was measured for the reaction of refined blackcurrant oil and water, both dissolved in supercritical carbon dioxide, in a continuous-flow packed-bed reactor filled with immobilised lipase Lipozyme and glass beads at 15 MPa and 40 C. The enzyme amount and the flow rate were varied. The reaction kinetics was simulated with mathematical models for plug flow and ideal mixer.
