Doba opata Prokopa je dobou vzniku raně středověkých středoevropských států s církevní organizací a novou politickou a křesťanskou kulturou. V tomto ohledu Čechy přesně kopírují vývoj v sousedních zemích. Epoch of abbot Procopius is a time when early medieval states oroginated with church organization and new political culture. At this point of view Bohemia's development is same like in neighboring countries.
