[eng][cze] The article describes the approach and results of numerical simulations of hairpin thermionic electron gun for micromachining. It describes new method used for determination of space-charge effect on emitted current and on electron trajectories in the electron gun.Článek popisuje postup a výsledky numerických výpočtů termoemisní elektronové trysky pro mikroobrábění. Dále popisuje novou metodu pro výpočet termoemise limitované prostorovým nábojem.
