In the paper we propose a QT interval verification technique presented by two methods – the wavelet method and the least square optimized time shift of the regression model. We verified them by QT time series comparison and the by proposed graphical semiautomatic method – multiple segmentation technique. V práci jsou prezentovány dvě metody pro detekci konce QT intervalu, získávaného ze signálu EKG. První metoda je založená na waveletově transformaci, druhá metoda vychází z optimalizovaného posuvu regresního modelu. Metody byly testovány na stejných datech a ověřeny vzájemným srovnáním časových kontinuálních průběhu detekovaných QT intervalů. Za tímto účelem byla navržena metoda vícenásobné segmentace.
