Tato práce se zabývá problematikou spokojenosti zákazníka v restauračním zařízení U Vnuka. Zaměřením práce je vykonat marketingový výzkum v této vybrané restauraci. Hlavní klíčová slova jsou marketingový výzkum, zákazník, spokojenost zákazníka a dotazníkové šetření. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části, první polovina se věnuje teoretickým stránkám problematiky. Zahrnuje poznatky o marketingovém výzkumu, dotazníkovém šetření a o zákazníkovi, a sním spojenou spokojenost zákazníka. V druhé části bakalářské práce je popsaný samotný výzkum, jeho cíle, postupy a jednotlivé kroky. Závěr práce se věnuje shrnutí výsledků celého výzkumu, ale také dodává doporučení majiteli restaurace. This thesis deals with customer satisfaction in restaurant named U Vnuka. The aim of bachelor thesis is to make marketing research in this chosen restaurant. The main keywords are marketing research, customer, customer satisfaction and questionnaire research. This thesis is composed from two parts. The first one desribes theoretical basis of chosen theme. It involves knowledge about marketing research, questionnaire research, customer and customer satisfaction. The second part describes research itself, its aims, procedure and single steps. The end is dedicated to conclusion of the whole research and also gives some recommendations to the owner of the restaurant.
