Tématem bakalářské práce je sociální zabezpečení cizinců z pohledu českého práva. Práce je zaměřená ve velké míře na cizince z třetích zemí, jen okrajově na cizince z členských států Evropské unie. Práce je rozdělená na 5 kapitol. V první kapitole jsou popsány systémy sociálního zabezpečení v České republice. Další kapitola uvádí podrobnosti mezinárodní spolupráci v oblasti sociálního zabezpečení. Třetí kapitola je věnována pojmu "cizinec" a jeho právnímu postavení podle českého práva. Předposlední kapitola je klíčovou pro danou práci, protože je zacílená na účast cizinců na systémech sociálního zabezpečení z pohledu českého práva. Poslední kapitola zhodnocuje právní postavení cizinců v systémech sociálního zabezpečení v České republice. The topic of this bachelor thesis is social security of foreigners from the prospective of Czech law. The thesis is largely aimed at foreigners from third countries and to a smaller extent focuses on foreigners from EU. The thesis is divided into 5 chapters. The first chapter describes social security systems in the Czech Republic. The second chapter provides detailed description of international cooperation in the field of social security. The third chapter gives disclosure of the term "Foreigner" and covers details on his legal status under Czech law. The forth chapter is the key chapter of this thesis as it is aimed at participation of foreigners in social security systems from the point of view of Czech law. Finally, the last chapter evaluates legal status of foreigners in social security systems in the Czech Republic.
