[slo][cze][eng] Diplomová práca je zameraná na analýzu vývoja procesu testovania z povedomia jednotlivých členov agilných projektových tímov v skúmaných spoločnostiach. Analýza je podkladom pre identifikáciou problémových oblastí a podoblastí jednotlivých tímov a spoločných znakov vývoja procesu testovania. Následne sú na spoločné problémové oblasti a podoblasti navrhnuté zlepšenia zo skúseností autora, odbornej literatúry a návrhov členov tímov. Získané poznatky sú generalizované a je vytvorený model oblastí ovplyvňujúcich vyspelosť testovania v agilne riadených projektoch. Práca je rozdelená do štyroch častí. Prvá časť obsahuje definovanie základných pojmov skúmanej oblasti. Približuje agilnú vyspelosť, agilnú vyspelosť testovania a podrobne vysvetľuje pojem agilného testovania. Približuje agilný tím a rolu testera v ňom, dôvod procesu testovania, faktory jeho úspešnosti, praktiky agilného testovania a typy testov. V druhej časti sú priblížené použité metódy a priebeh výskumu. Tretia časť zobrazuje poznatky výskumu. Popisuje skúmané tímy, ich organizačný kontext, vývoj testovacieho procesu, problémy tímu, spoločné problémy s návrhmi na ich zlepšenie, spoločné znaky vývoja testovacieho procesu a model oblastí ovplyvňujúcich vyspelosť agilného testovania. Na konci tejto časti sa nachádzajú výskumné poznatky o dôležitosti testerov v agilných tímoch. Poslednými časťami sú diskusia a záver, kde autor vysvetľuje prepojenie poznatkov výskumu s teóriou, hodnotí úspešnosť naplnenia cieľov, prínosy práce a navrhuje varianty rozšírenia práce.Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu vývoje procesu testování z povědomí jednotlivých členů agilních projektových týmů v zkoumaných společnostech. Analýza je podkladem pro identifikaci problémových oblastí a podoblastí jednotlivých týmů a společných znaků vývoje procesu testování. Následně jsou na společné problémové oblasti a podoblasti navrženy zlepšení ze zkušeností autora, odborné literatury a návrhů členů týmů. Získané poznatky jsou generalizované a je vytvořen model oblastí ovlivňujících vyspělost testování v agilně řízených projektech. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř částí. První část obsahuje definování základních pojmů zkoumané oblasti. Přibližuje agilní vyspělost, agilní vyspělost testování a podrobně vysvětluje pojem agilního testování. Přibližuje agilní tým a roli testera v něm, důvod procesu testování, faktory jeho úspěšnosti, praktiky agilního testování a typy testů. Ve druhé části jsou přiblížené použité metody a průběh výzkumu. Třetí část zobrazuje poznatky výzkumu. Popisuje zkoumané týmy, jejich organizační kontext, vývoj testovacího procesu, problémy týmu, společné problémy s návrhy na jejich zlepšení, společné znaky vývoje testovacího procesu a model oblastí ovlivňujících vyspělost agilního testování. Na konci této části se nacházejí výzkumné poznatky o důležitosti testerů v agilních týmech. Posledními částmi jsou diskuse a závěr, kde autor vysvětluje propojení poznatků výzkumu s teorií, hodnotí úspěšnost naplnění cílů, přínosy práce a navrhuje varianty rozšíření práce.Diploma thesis is focused on the analysis of testing process development derived from agile project team members awareness. This analysis is the foundation for individual problem areas and sub-areas identification and also common areas for the testing process development of researched teams. Afterwards, improvement plans for these areas are proposed from the authors experience, literature and the team members input. The research findings are generalised and model areas that influence agile testing maturity is created. This thesis consists of four parts. The first part contains basic definition of the researched area terms, and explains agile maturity, agile testing maturity and agile testing in detail. It defines what the agile team is and the testers role in it. It also contains the purpose of testing, testing success factors, agile testing practices and agile test types. In the second part, the research methods and the research process is explained. The third part contains the outputs of the research. It describes research teams, their organisational context, their testing process development, team problems, common problems and improvement plans for these problems. It also contains the common areas of the testing process development and model of areas that influence agile testing maturity. The final part of this section contains the research outputs about the importance of testers in agile teams. A discussion and conclusion are at the end that contain connections between the theory and the research findings and evaluates the success of determined goals, the thesis outputs and the proposals of future work
