Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit, jak se změnilo transakční chování klienta po zavedení bezkontaktní karty. V práci se uvádí teoretický základ pro pochopení tématu, který obsahuje charakteristiku bankovnictví a platebních karet, její právní úpravu a historii. K analýze jsou získána data o transakcích ve sledovaném období. Tyto data jsou očištěna o vlivy, které by zkreslovaly výsledky poznatků. Poté pomocí popisné statistiky časových řad je sledován vývoj těchto dat. V práci jsou uvedeny rozhovory o transakčním chování jednotlivých osob dle typologie klientů. Práce dospěla k výsledku, že transakční chování klientů bylo ovlivněno zavedením bezkontaktních karet, a to prováděním častějších plateb s nižšími částkami, než u kontaktních karet. The aim of the diploma thesis is to find out how the client's transactional behavior changed after the introduction of the contactless card. The thesis presents a theoretical basis for understanding the topic of banking and payment cards, its legal regulations and history. The transaction data for the monitored period are obtained for analysis. This data is cleared of influences that distort the findings. Then, using descriptive statistics of time series, the development of these data is monitored. The thesis presents interviews about transaction behavior of individual persons according to client typology. The work resulted in transactional behavior of clients being affected by the introduction of contactless cards, by making more frequent payments at lower amounts than in contact cards.
