Cílem diplomové práce je ukázat přínos destinačních karet a potenciál zavedení jednotného systému destinačních karet v České republice. Hlavního cíle je dosahováno pomocí analýzy a komparace využití destinačních karet v zahraničí a v České republice. Diplomová práce je členěna do šesti kapitol. První kapitola se zabývají vymezením pojmu a významu cestovního ruchu, faktorům ovlivňující rozvoj cestovního ruchu a specifikům trhu cestovního ruchu. Druhá kapitola je věnována marketingu cestovního ruchu, destinačnímu marketingu a charakteristice destinace cestovního ruchu. Třetí kapitole se týká pojmu destinační karta a jejího využití. Čtvrtá kapitola charakterizuje nabídku a systém fungování destinačních karet v zahraničí, na příkladu Velké Británie. V páté kapitole je popsán systém a charakterizována celková nabídka destinačních karet v České republice. U vybraných destinačních karet je následně analyzován jejich vliv na chování turistů v navštívené destinaci. Na závěr, na základě výsledků z analýz, je navrhnuto řešení jednotného systému pro koordinaci destinačních karet v České republice. The aim of the Diploma thesis is to show the benefit of destination cards and the potential of a unified system of destination cards in the Czech Republic. The main aim is achieved by analyzing and comparing the offer of use of destination cards abroad and in the Czech Republic. The Diploma thesis is divided into six chapters. The first chapter deals with the definition of tourism, factors influencing the development of tourism and specification of the tourism market. The second chapter is dedicated to tourism marketing, destination marketing and tourism destination characteristics. The third chapter deals with the concept of the destination card and its use. The fourth chapter describes the offer and the system of destination cards abroad, on the example of Great Britain. The fifth chapter describes the system and the total offer of destination cards in the Czech Republic. The selected destination cards and their influence on the behavior of the tourists in the destination will be analyzed. In conclusion, based on the results of the analyzes, the solution of a uniform system for coordination of destination cards in the Czech Republic is proposed.
