Liquid-liquid extraction of the tall soap of different origin was studied with the goal to compare the yield and efficiency of extraction calculated on β-sitosterol and total sterol fraction. Byla studována kapalinová extrakce tálového mýdla různého původu s cílem porovnat výtěžek extrakce vztaženo na β-sitosterol a celkovou frakci sterolů.
