V Bakalářské práci se nejdříve zabývám teoretickými východisky vývoje trhu pivovarnictví v České republice a ve světě, výkladem relevantních pojmů a popisem koncentrace a decentralizace trhu způsobených vlivem fúzí a akvizic na českém i světovém trhu. Ve druhé kapitole popisuji trh pivovarnictví v ČR, historii jeho vývoje a dopady fúzí a akvizic po roce 1989 včetně popisů tržních podílů a průběhu koncentrace na trhu s pivem do data vyhotovení práce. Taktéž se zabývám důsledkem koncentrace na trhu s pivem v podobě nově rozvíjejících se minipivovarů. Ve třetí kapitole se zabývám historií trhu pivovarnictví ve světe, jeho vývojem a tržními podíly hlavních pivovarnických skupin. V rámci případových studií řeším konkrétními dopady zahraničních fúzí a akvizic na trh pivovarnictví v České republice. Závěr práce se zabývá výsledky zjištění, ke kterým jsem dospěla na základě uskutečněné analýzy. In this bachelor thesis I firstly deal with the theoretical background of the development of the brewery market in the Czech Republic and in the world. Secondly, I interpret relevant concepts and the general influence of mergers and acquisitions on the Czech market, leading to the concentration and at the same time decentralization. In the second chapter I describe the brewery market in the Czech Republic, the history of its development and the impacts of mergers and acquisitions after 1989, including the descriptions of market shares and the course of the concentration on the beer market up to present. I also analyse the effect of the concentration on the beer market in the form of newly emerging microbreweries. In the third chapter I deal with the development of the brewing market in the world and the market share of the main brewing groups. In case studies, I evaluate the concrete impacts of foreign mergers and acquisitions on the brewing market in the Czech Republic. The conclusion of the thesis presents the results of the findings, which I obtained on the basis of my analysis.
