V první kapitole (úvod) odhalil význam, cíle, úkoly, objekt a předmět diplomové studie. V druhé kapitole se zabývá teoretickými základy malé obchodní organizace a řízení výroby na malém podniku, včetně podstatu a algoritmus pro vytvoření malé a střední podniky, organizace výrobního procesu v malém podnikání a funkce řídících pracovníků malých podniků. Ve třetí kapitole provádí hodnocení plánování a řízení výroby v malém podniku LLC "Avtokhimprom", a to je považováno charakteristika LLC "Avtokhimprom", taktické a strategické plánování v podniku, marketingové aktivity a provozní management LLC "Avtokhimprom" a personální management podniku. Jsou vyvíjeny doporučení na zlepšení řízení výroby LLC "Avtokhimprom", včetně změny systému plánování přes automation procesu rozpočtování pomocí programu "Rozpočtování", zlepšení marketingu prostřednictvím vývoje mobilních aplikací, webových stránek a organizace propagace v sociálních sítích. A také rozhodování, řízení výroby a možnosti inovačního rozvoje daného podniku, pomoc při pořízení nového výrobního zařízení. The first chapter (introduction) reveals the relevance, goals, objectives, object and subject of the thesis. The second chapter examines the theoretical foundations of small business organization and production management in a small enterprise, including the essence and algorithm of creating a small enterprise, the organization of the production process in small business and the peculiarities of personnel management of a small enterprise. The third chapter evaluates the planning and production management at the small enterprise of LLC "AvtoKhimProm", namely, the characteristics of LLC "AvtoKhimProm", tactical and strategic planning at the enterprise, marketing activities and operational management of LLC "AvtoKhimProm" and personnel management of the enterprise. Recommendations are being developed to improve the management of AvtoKhimProm's production, including changing the planning system by automating the budgeting process using the "Budgeting" program, improving marketing by developing a mobile application, a website and organizing promotion in social networks. As well as the decision-making mechanism for production management and the possibility of innovative development of this enterprise through the acquisition of new production equipment.
