[cze][eng] V první kapitole (úvod) odhalil význam, účel, cíle, předmět, objekt, informační databáze a metody výzkumu. V druhé kapitole se zabývá teoretickými aspekty studia praxi v řízení malého podniku, včetně historie rozvoje malých podniků v Rusku, obecné vlastnosti a základní principy řízení malé firmy, současný stav rozvoje malých podniků v Rusku a zahraničí. Třetí kapitola zkoumá aktuální stav a problémy řízení rozvoje malých podniků ve velké metropoli. Provádí analýzu a hodnocení řízení rozvoje malých podniků ve velké metropoli. Jsou vyvíjeny hlavní oblasti zlepšení řízení rozvoje malých podniků v současných podmínkách, včetně využití zahraničních zkušeností pro rozvoj malých podniků v Rusku a vypracování strategie státní podpory a rozvoje malých a středních podniků ve velké metropoli. Tato strategie může zahrnovat: integrovaný přístup k rozvoji drobného podnikání, vytvoření stabilního systému infrastruktury pro podporu malých podniků, zvyšování úrovně podnikatelské gramotnosti, zapojení mládeže v podnikatelské aktivity a řadu dalších směrů státní podpory malých a středních podniků ve velké metropoli.In the first chapter (introduction) revealed the relevance, objectives, purpose, object, object, information database and research methods.
