Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnotit vnímání, důležitost a znalosti v oblasti označování potravin veřejnosti v České republice. Teoretická část se nejdříve zaměřuje na vysvětlení pojmů souvisejících s touto problematikou, právní úpravu a všeobecné požadavky na označování potravin. Praktická část je tvořena vlastním výzkumem na základě dotazníkového šetření. Výzkum je rozdělen na dvě části. První část se zaměřuje na všeobecný zájem spotřebitelů o informace na potravinách, jejich preference informací při nákupu potravin a spokojenost se současným označováním. Druhá část si klade za cíl prověřit znalosti spotřebitelů spojené s touto problematikou. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate the perception, importance and knowledge in the field of food labeling in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part at first focuses on an explanation of terms related to this issue - legislation and food labeling requirements. The practical part consists of a research based on a questionnaire survey. The research is divided into two parts. The first part focuses on consumer's interests in the field of informing about food in general, their preferences to food information while doing the shopping and satisfaction with the current labeling system. The aim of the second part of the research is to examine consumer's knowledge of this issue.
