Cílem této bakalářské práce je analyzovat současný stav reportování CSR v České republice na základě sběru dat z různých zpráv o společenské odpovědnosti, které zveřejňují české nebo zahraniční firmy působící na českém území. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První část je teoretická, zabývá se podstatou pojmů a přibližuje danou problematiku. Jelikož podstatná část se skládá z rozboru momentálního stavu vykazování CSR na našem území, tak bylo vhodné rozčlenit poslední kapitolu na dvě podkapitoly. Ta první se věnuje obecné charakteristice pojmu společenské odpovědnosti firem a ta druhá se podrobněji zabývá otázkami s touto problematikou spojenými. Pro analýzu bylo vybráno deset reportů významných firem a z vyplývajících výsledků byl odvozen trend, kterým se firmy chovají při reportování CSR. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the current state of CSR reporting in the Czech Republic based on the collection of data from different reports on corporate social responsibility, which are published by the Czech or foreign companies operating on the Czech territory. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical, examining the fundamental nature of the concepts and addressing the issue in more depth. As a substantial part of the thesis consists of an analysis of the current state of CSR reporting on our territory, it was suitable to divide the last chapter into two subsections. The first part is dedicated to the general characteristics of the concept of corporate social responsibility and the second part discusses the questions pertaining to the aforementioned issue in more detail. In order to provide a clear analysis, ten reports of major and well-known companies were selected. It is possible to deduce a trend from the results which suggests the behaviour of the companies when reporting CSR.
