Práce je zaměřena na motivaci v pracovním prostředí a její rozdíly dle věkových kategorií. Dílčí cíle jsou: zjištění věkového složení zaměstnanců, popis a analýza motivační struktury různých věkových kategorií, vypracování motivačního systému pro management organizace. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy, které souvisí s motivací, teoriemi motivace a tříděním věkových skupin. Uvedené pojmy v teoretické části byly nezbytné pro vypracování praktické části, ke které mi sloužil i dotazníkový výzkum. V druhé polovině praktické části jsem vyhodnotila a interpretovala získaná data z výzkumu pomocí popisné statistiky. Výsledky získané z dotazníkového šetření jsou porovnány s teoretickými poznatky a na základě těchto výsledků jsem vypracovala doporučení motivačního systému pro management vybrané organizace. The bachelor thesis is focused on work motivation and its differences by age categories. Secondary objectives are: determine the age structure of workers, describe and analyze the motivation structure of the various age categories, to plan and structure the motivation system for management. There are explained basic concepts, which are related with motivation, theories of motivation and sorting age groups in the theoretical part. Mentioned concepts were necessary to write out the practical part and survey research also helped me to complete the process. I evaluated and interpreted the obtained data from survey research by descriptive statistics in the practical process. The obtained results from the survey research were compared with theory knowledge. I then completed the recommendations of the motivation system from the findings of my research.
