Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá stravováním mladších dětí v rámci školních zařízení. V teoretické části jsou popsány výživová doporučení pro makro a mikronutrienty, jejich referenční hodnoty pro příjem živin týkající se dětí mladšího školního věku a významné druhy potravin v dětské výživě. Dále jsou shrnuty výsledky významných studií a výzkumů, které se zabývají výživou a stravováním dětí v České republice. Na konci teoretické části je zmíněna historie a legislativa školního stravování a popis projektu Zdravá školní jídelna. Praktická část hodnotí, jak si vedou školní jídelny zapojené ve výše zmíněném projektu. Hodnocení probíhá na základě podrobného rozboru získaných dokumentů od čtyř základních škol, které souhlasily se spoluprací. Výsledky výzkumu jsou vyhodnocením spotřebních košů za období před a po zapojením do projektu, jídelních lístků a rozhovorů s vedoucími školních jídelen. The theoretical part describes nutritional recommendations for macronutrients and micronutrients and their reference values with respect to young school children and the important types of food in children's nutrition. It also summarizes important studies and surveys focused on the nutrition and meals of children in the Czech Republic. The end of theoretical part mentions the history of legislation of school meals and describes the Healthy School Cafeteria project. The practical part rates school cafeteria involved in the aforesaid project, based on a detailed analysis of the documents obtained from four elementary schools the agreed to collaborate.
