Bakalářská práce přibližuje, z pohledu sálové sestry, problematiku ošetřovatelské péče u pacienta podstupujícího plánovanou střevní operaci pomocí robotického systému. V teoretické části popisuje procesy ošetřovatelské péče-přípravu pacienta před operací, ošetřovatelskou péči na operačním sále a péči po operačním výkonu. Upozorňuje na principy moderního perioperačního přístupu ERAS (Enhanced Recovery After Surgery). Podklady ke zpracování bakalářské práce jsem čerpala převážně z Národní lékařské knihovny přes Medline, z databáze Pub Med, Web of Science, dále pomocí ošetřovatelských standardů a internetového vyhledávače google. Při vyhledávání jsem postupovala dle klíčových slov - perioperační péče, ošetřovatelství, kolorektální karcinom a robotický systém da Vinci. Použila jsem literaturu psanou v českém a anglickém jazyce, publikovanou za posledních pět let (s výjimkou historie robotického systému). Metodika: Pro vypracování bakalářské práce jsem zvolila případovou studii pacienta s kolorektálním karcinomem operovaného miniinvazivním robotickým systémem da Vinci. Na konkrétním případu jsou uváděny ošetřovatelské standardní postupy, potencionální rizika perioperační péče a jejich prevence. Cíl práce: Zaměření se na ošetřovatelskou perioperační péči o pacienta a na přípravu a obsluhu moderního... Introduction: This Bachelor thesis expounds, from the perspective of a scrub nurse, the issues of nursing care with a patient undergoing a planned intestinal surgery with the help of a robotic system. In the theoretical part, it describes procedures of nursing care such as preparation of a patient before the surgery, nursing care in the operating room and after the surgery. It also points to principles of modern perioperative approach ERAS (Enhanced Recovery After Surgery). The sources that I have used for this Bachelor thesis come mostly from the National Medical Library (through Medline), from the Pub Med database, Web of Science, and also from nursing standards and Google search. In conducting the search, I followed the keywords: perioperative care, nursing, colorectal cancer and robotic system da Vinci. I have used literature written in Czech or English and published in the last five years (with the exception of the history of the robotic system). Methods: To lay out the thesis, I have chosen a case study of a patient with colorectal carcinoma operated by a mini-invasive robotic system da Vinci.
