diplomové práce Východiska: Evaluace efektivity léčebných metod, programů a služeb často představuje něco, na co se lidé a novináři popř. reportéři, kteří se ve zdravotnictví a v sociálních službách nepohybují, ptají a není vždy snadné jim odpovědět a podat jednoduchou a "měřitelnou" odpověď. Jaká je procentuální úspěšnost léčby? Kolik procent pacientů abstinuje? O čem to vypovídá? Jak se zlepšuje jejich somato-psycho-sociální stav? Co většinou sledujeme? Obecně v tomto směru bývají posuzovány kvalitativní i kvantitativní výstupy (počty kontaktů a ošetřených klientů, intervencí, vydaného materiálu apod.), dále bývá srovnáván také jejich objem s předchozími obdobími apod. Ukazatele efektivity si jednotlivá zařízení mnohdy pojmenují a určují samy, standardy dosud jednotnou podobu pro konkrétní typy služeb nezohledňují. Cílem této práce, zaměřené retrospektivně na evaluaci efektivity apolinářské léčby, její účinné prvky a metody měření, je přispět v budoucnu k efektivitě činností kliniky, nabídnout možné podněty k nastavení intervencí v kontextu se zkvalitněním a zefektivněním vykazované léčebné péče a poskytnout tak případnou argumentaci také pro pojišťovny k nasmlouvání dalších a z dlouhodobého hlediska smysluplných výkonů. What is the percentage success rate of treatment? What percent of patients abstain? What does it mean? How does their somato-psycho-social condition improve? What do we mostly watch? In general, qualitative and quantitative outputs (number of contacts and treated clients, interventions, issued material, etc.) are also assessed, as well as their volume with previous periods, etc. Efficiency indicators often identified and determined by individual facilities; the standards have not yet assumed a unified form forspecific types of services.
