Generické přípravky a generická substituce z pohledu pacienta III. Autor: Terezie Papoušková Vedoucí diplomové práce: PharmDr. Josef Malý, Ph.D. Katedra sociální a klinické farmacie, Farmaceutická fakulta v Hradci Králové, Univerzita Karlova Úvod: Generická substituce je jedním z nástrojů lékové politiky v mnoha zemích. Její zavedení má přinést značné úspory nejen zdravotním systémům, ale i pacientům. Cíl: Cílem této práce bylo analyzovat postoje, názory a zkušenosti pacientů týkající se generických léčivých přípravků a generické substituce. Metodika: Sběr dat probíhal v ordinaci praktického lékaře v Praze v období od 18. 11. 2015 do 21. 11. 2016. Všichni respondenti, kteří v tomto období navštívili lékaře, byli požádáni o spolupráci. Dotazníkového šetření se mohli zúčastnit ti, kteří splnili vstupní kritéria. Dotazník se skládal z 36 otázek, které lze rozdělit do 5 tématických okruhů (vlastní onemocnění a léčba, socio-demografické charakteristiky, obecné povědomí o generické substituci a generických léčivých přípravcích, vlastní zkušenosti s danou tématikou, postoje respondentů). Dotazník byl pilotován. Získaná data byla přepsána do elektronické podoby a zpracována podle deskriptivní statistiky. Its authorization is supposed to bring a considerable savings not only for healthcare systems but also for patients. Objective: The aim of this thesis was to analyse patient's attitudes, opinions and experiences,which are related to the generic drugs and the generic substitution. Methodology: A data collection was gathered in the general practitioner's office in Prague in the time span from 18th of November 2015 to 21st of November 2016. All respondents, who visited the general practitioner during this period, were asked to cooperate. Only those who meet the input criteria could participate in a questionnaire investigation. The questionnaire consists of 36 questions which can be devided into 5 thematic areas (an actual disease and its treatment, socio-demographics characteristics, common awareness about generic substitution and generic drugs, own experiences with this topic, attitudes of the respondents).
