[cze][eng] Počátek totalitního zákonodárství v Československu v letech 1948-1952 Abstrakt Tato práce si klade za cíl zdokumentovat ty nejzásadnější deformace právního řádu ve prospěch komunistické totalitní vlády v počáteční fázi jejího nástupu tj. od roku 1948 do roku 1952 a též poukázat na zásadní rozpory mezi stavem právním, tj. právními normami deklarovanými a stavem faktickým, tj. skutečně nastoleným.The beginnings of totalitarian legislation in The Czechoslovak Republic in the years 1948-1952 Abstract This work aims to document the most fundamental deformation rule of law in favor of the communist totalitarian rule in the early phase of its onset ie. from 1948 to 1952 and also point out the fundamental contradiction between state law, ie. legal norms declared a state of de facto, ie. actually enthroned.
