V teoretické části je zpracována charakteristika použitých škrobů, kluzných látek a jejich vliv na lisování škrobů. Dále je popsán proces lisování a jeho hodnocení s využitím testu stresové relaxace. Experimentální část je zaměřena na lisování tablet a hodnocení jejich viskoelastických vlastností a pevnosti. Pro hodnocení viskoelasticity byl použit test stresové relaxace. Tablety byly lisovány silou 13, 15 a 17 kN. Jako kluzné látky byly použity stearan hořečnatý a stearylfumarát sodný v koncentraci 0,5 % a 1 %. U paramaterů elasticity A1-3 a plasticity P1-3 se sledovaly rozdíly mezi oběma typy částečně předbobtnalých kukuřičných škrobů, vliv kluzných látek a vliv různých lisovacích sil. Lycatab® C a jeho směsi dosahovaly ve všech třech fázích lisovacího procesu vyšších hodnot parametrů parametrů Ai a Pi než Starch 1500® a jeho směsi. Rozdíly v hodnotách... In the theoretical part are described characterisations of used starches, lubricants and their effect on compression of starches. There is also described compression process and its evaluation with stress relaxation test. Experimental part of this thesis is focused on tablet compression and evaluation of their viscoelastic properties and tensile strength of tablets. For evaluation of viscoelasticity was used stress relaxation test. Tablets were compressed at compression forces of 13, 15 and 17 kN. Magnesium stearate and stearylfumarate in 0,5 % and 1,0 % concentrations were used as lubricants. The differences in parameters of elasticity (A1-3) and plasticity (P1-3) between both types of partially pregelatinized maize starches, effect of lubricants and different compression forces were observed.
