Tato bakalářská práce se v teoretické části zabývá stavebně technickým průzkumem. V praktické části je proveden základní diagnostický průzkum na objektu rodinného domu, identifikace a popsání nalezených vad a poruch a jejich zhodnocení. This bachelor thesis deals with the theoretical part by construction and technical research. In the practical part, a basic diagnostic survey is carried out on the object of the family house, identification and description of the defects and disorders found and their evaluation.
