Předmětem této bakalářské práce je návrh polyfunkčního domu. Území pro stavbu v Brně -Líšni je ze dvou světových stran ohraničené silnicemi III. třídy. Za silnicemi se nachází panelová výstavba. Pozemek se svažuje pod úhlem 24,6°. Polyfunkční dům by měl sloužit jako kavárna, která v daném území chybí, jinak jsou zde umístěny primárně mezonetové byty s terasami. Návrh se snaží o maximální návaznost na místní komunikace a optimální začlenění do terénu. Na základě těchto podmínek a požadavků vznikla hmota třípodlažního objektu s plochými střechami, tvořícími terasy. Návrh respektuje terén a následuje vrstevnice, díky čemuž jsou minimalizovány výkopové práce a přesun zeminy probíhá pouze v rámci pozemku bez nutnosti odvozu na skládku. Terén také umožňuje zastřešení parkovací plochy, která se pod ním skryje. Vstupy do bytů jsou z 1.NP, jeden byt má vstup v 1.PP, které je částečně zapuštěné do terénu západní zdí. Fasáda je tvořena obkladem z modřínových lamel. Materiál je zvolen přírodní s ohledem na to, že svah je jedno z mála zelených míst v centru Líšně, a stavba tudíž nenarušuje ráz přírody. The subject of this thesis is the design of a mixed-use building. The construction site in Brno – Lí s en is surrounded mostlý bý blocks of flats, separated from them on two sides bý primarý streets. The site slopes down under the angle of 24,6°. The building establishes a cafe , which is missing in the area, otherwise the building comprises of mostlý duplex apartments with terraces. The design strives to connect to the local road network and topographý as much as possible. According to these preconditions, the form emerged as a terraced, three-storeý building with flat roofs. The design respects the terrain and follows the height lines, which minimizes the excavations and eliminates the need to transport earth to external dumps. The terrain also creates a roof for the parking lots, which are hidden under the ground. The entrances to apartments are located in the ground floor, except for one, which is located in the basement, which is partiallý submerged into the ground on its west side. The façade consists of arch lamellae. This natural material is chosen to preserve the atmosphere of the place, which is one of the onlý trulý green areas in the center of the district.
