Předmětem diplomové práce je aplikace intenzivního městského domu na plochy brownfields v Brně v rámci přístupu k využívání území měst ve 21. století. Cílem je maximální využití pozemku pro širokou škálu funkcí za současné eliminace motorové dopravy a vytvoření klidného bydlení uprostřed zeleně v blízkosti centra města. K dosažení vysoké hustoty zástavby je využito principů multiplicity a poréznosti - plocha pozemku je znásobena vytvořením zelené platformy v úrovni třetího nadzemního podlaží. Pozemek protíná nově odtrubněná říčka Ponávka na jejímž břehu je vytvořen park, který tvoří srdce řešeného území a navazují na něj kryté pasáže s obchody. The subject of the diploma thesis is the application of an intensive urban house on brownfield sites in Brno in the context of urban areas utilization in the 21st century. The goal is to maximize land use for a wide range of functions while eliminating motor traffic and creating a quiet habitation area in the middle of greenery near the city center. The multiplicity and porosity principles are used to achieve the high density of the site - the area of the land is multiplied by with a green platform at the level of the third floor. The site is intersected by the newly undulated river Ponávka. On the bank there is created a park, which forms the heart of the area. It continues with roofed passages with shops.
