Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tématem multikulturní výchovy zpracovaným metodami a technikami dramatické výchovy. Teoretická část pojednává o dramatické výchově, jejích cílech, metodách a technikách a jejím zařazení v Rámcovém vzdělávacím programu pro základní vzdělávání. Dále o romské populaci a tím, co je pro ní specifické, multikulturní výchově, jejích cílech a zařazení v Rámcovém vzdělávacím programu pro základní vzdělávání. V praktické části se pomocí strukturovaného dramatu snažím přiblížit žákům mladšího školního věku historii, kulturu, hodnoty a způsob života romské populace, která je v České republice ovlivněna asimilační politikou minulého století. Touto lekcí dramatické výchovy zaměřené na poznávání specifik Romů se snažím předcházet nebo ovlivnit předsudky. Tuto národnostní menšinu jsem zvolila proto, že je v České republice největší a váže se k ní asi nejvíce předsudků. The theoretical part deals with the drama in education, its objectives, methods and techniques, and its inclusion in The Framework Educational Program for Basic Education (FEP), then on the Roma population and its specifics, multicultural education, its goals and its inclusion in the FEP. Through structured drama techniques in the practical part I try to explain school children the history, culture, values and way of life of the Roma population reflected by assimilation policy of the Czech Republic of the last century. Via this drama in education lessons focused on learning the specifics of the Roma population, I make an effort to prevent or influence prejudices. I have chosen to focus on this ethnic minority as it is the largest ethnic group in the Czech Republic and it is exposed to probably most significant racial prejudice.
