Tato bakalá ská práce je zam ena na tvorbu výukových materiál pro st ední koly, konkrétn na téma trávení lipid a jejich transport v lidském t le. Práce se skládá ze t í ástí. Vzhledem k mezioborovému charakteru tématu práce je první ást v nována výukovému textu zam enému na anatomii trávicí soustavy, druhá ást pojednává o trávení lipid a t etí ást se v nuje jejich transportu v lidském t le. Výstupem práce jsou, krom vý e zmín ných výukových text , i dva pracovní listy na téma trávení lipid (celkem 9 úloh) a transport lipid (celkem 8 úloh), které slou í zejména k procvi ení probrané látky a vycházejí z informací uvedených ve výukových textech. Práce obsahuje pracovní listy s autorským e ením, pracovní listy bez e ení se nachází v p íloze na samostatném médiu CD-R. Oba materiály byly vytvo eny za ú elem zefektivn ní výuky chemie na st edních kolách a její interdisciplinární propojení s biologií. This bachelor s thesis focuses on creating educational materials for secondary school education, especially on the topic of lipid digestion and their transport in human body. The thesis consists of three parts which have interdisciplinary character. The first part of the thesis is dedicated to educational text focused on anatomy of digestive system, the second part deals with digestion of lipids and finally the third part is dedicated to their transport in human body. The result of the thesis are two work sheets as well, focused on the digestion of lipids (9 exercises) and on the lipid transport (8 exercises), which can be used especially for practising explained curriculum. The work sheets are based on the educational texts. The thesis contains the work sheets with the original solutions, the uncomplete work sheets are enclosed in the attachement on CD-R. Both templates were created to make teaching of chemistry at secondary school more effective and to enable teachers to link this topic with biology.
