V této bakalářské práci jsou rozebírány a porovnávány čtyři dívčí postavy z díla Astrid Lindgrenové: Pipi Dlouhá punčocha, Lisa z Dětí z Bullerbynu, Madynka a Ronja, dcera loupežníka. Cílem je zjistit, co a jakým způsobem se autorka pomocí dané postavy snaží čtenářům sdělit a jak se toto sdělní na postavě promítá.
