Východiska: Léčba lidí, kteří mají problém s alkoholem, má na historickém území Čech a Moravy více než stoletou tradici. V první polovině 20. století byl vznik a rozvoj většiny služeb přerušen začátky a průběhy světových válek, ve druhé polovině 20. století začala ve velkém vznikat specializovaná zařízení pro lidi, kteří mají problém s alkoholem, ve velkém (lůžková oddělení a tzv. AT poradny). Cíl: Cílem této výzkumné práce je popsat a vytvořit kontinuum, které mapuje a doplňuje informace o počátcích oboru léčby závislostí na historickém území Čech a Moravy. Metody: Pro sběr dat byla použita semistrukturovaná interview a vyhledávání historických dokumentů, pomocí informací od pamětníků a pomocí seznamů literatury z dostupných děl, která sumarizovala informace. Participanti rozhovorů byli: Arnoštka Maťová, Petr Riesel a Jana Novotná. Pro analýzu byla následně data otevřeně kódována, poté byla párována data z rozhovorů s daty z literatury, následně byl výsledek přiřazen na časovou osu. Výsledky: Podařilo se vytvořit částečné kontinuum, které mapuje dílčí počátky oboru léčby závislostí na historickém území Čech a Moravy, ale není kompletní a bude potřeba realizace zkoumání dalších fragmentů k objektivní deskripci tohoto tématu. Závěry: Při vytváření oboru léčby závislostí, odvedli tehdejší pracovníci významný... Background: Treatment of people with alcohol consumption problems has more than a hundred years old tradition on the historical territory of Bohemia and Moravia. The formation of majority of these services was interrupted during the first half of the 20th century by the world wars; during the second half of that century, however, specialised facilities were formed in large numbers (inpatient wards and AT counselling). Aim: The aim of this thesis is to describe and create a continuum, which maps and complements information about the origins of addiction treatment on the historical region of Bohemia and Moravia. Methods: A semi-structured interviews and research of historical documents was used to collect data; using the information from eyewitnesses and with help of literature lists from available works. Interviewees were: Arnoštka Maťová, Petr Riesel and Jana Novotná. Subsequently, the data for the analysis were openly coded. Then, data from the interviewers and from literature were matched and the result assigned on to a timeline. Results: A partial continuum was created, which maps fragments of origin of addictiology on the region of Bohemia and Moravia.
