Předkládaná diplomová práce "Využití mediace na Úřadu pro mezinárodněprávní ochranu dětí" je rozdělena na praktickou a teoretickou část. Teoretická část obsahuje 4 kapitoly a 15 podkapitol, z nichž některé jsou ještě dále rozděleny. První kapitola se věnuje Úřadu pro mezinárodněprávní ochranu dětí a její agendě jako je vymáhání výživného, mezinárodní osvojení, mezinárodní únosy, styk s dětmi a mediace. Další kapitola popisuje mediaci jako pojem, dále její typy či principy. Následující kapitola popisuje zapojení dítěte do rodinné mediace, především jeho legislativní zakotvení. Poslední část přibližuje čtenářům profesi mediátorů, jejich roli i etický kodex. Praktická část se skládá z 3 kapitol. První z nich tvoří rozhovory s mediátory Úřadu pro mezinárodněprávní ochranu dětí. Cílem těchto rozhovorů bylo zodpovědět výzkumnou otázku, která zní: ,,V jakých případech se využívá mediace na Úřadě pro mezinárodněprávní ochranu dětí a přibývá tohoto způsobu řešení sporu?" Druhá se věnuje čtyřem kazuistikám a poslední kapitola popisuje systém na Slovensku, v Rakousku a v Německu. The diploma thesis "The use of mediation to the Office for International Legal Protection of Children" is divided into practical and theoretical. Theoretical part contains four chapters and subsections 15, some of which are further subdivided. The first chapter is devoted to the Office for International Legal Protection of Children and the agenda as the recovery of maintenance, international adoption, international abductions, contact with children and mediation. Another chapter describes mediation as a concept, as well as the types and principles. The following section describes the child's family mediation, especially its legislative confirmation. The last part introduces the profession of mediators, their role and code of ethics. The practical part consists of three chapters. The first one consists of interviews with mediators Office for International Legal Protection of Children. The purpose of these interviews was to answer the research question, which is: ,, In what cases use mediation at the Office for International Legal Protection of Children and increasing this way of resolving the dispute? "The second focuses on four case reports and final chapter describes the system in the Slovak Republic, Austria and Germany.
