Diplomová práce Fenomén hudby v malbě na příkladu obrazu Roelandta Saveryho s tematikou "Orfea hrajícího zvířatům v krajině" se zabývá dílem nizozemského malíře z počátku 17. století v kontextu fenoménu hudby. Cílem práce je na příkladu tohoto obrazu ukázat, jak může být fenomén hudby zastoupen v malbě a v čem spočívá jeho důležitost. Úvodní část diplomové práce se zaměřuje na základní charakteristiku díla - stručně představuje autora malby, zabývá se předikonografickým popisem díla a zaměřuje se na problematiku jeho datace. Další část práce je věnována ikonografickému popisu jednotlivostí ve sledované malbě a ze získaných poznatků ústí do ikonologie zaměřené na hudební vyznění malířského díla. Závěr práce se dotýká historických souvislostí a dobového kontextu vzniku sledované malby. The thesis The Phenomenon of Music in Painting on the Example of Image by Roelandt Savery "Orpheus Charming the Animals in the Landscape" treats the work of an early 17th century Dutch painter in the context of the phenomenon of music. The goal of this thesis is to demonstrate both how the phenomenon of music can be represented in painting, using the example of the above mentioned picture, and where its importance resides. The initial section provides the basic characteristics of the painting to be analysed, briefly introducing the painter, bringing forward a pre-iconographic description as well as discussing the problematics of its dating. The next section of the thesis focuses on an iconographic description of particular features of the examined painting, subsequently leading to an iconological analysis emphasising the meaning of the painting with regards to music. The final section deals with the painting and its origin in the historical context.
