Bakalářská práce se zabývá zabývá analýzou historických textů a související odborné literatury na téma pytláctví v 18. století na jihu Čech. Hledá odpovědi na otázku, jaké byly důvody a okolnosti související s pytláctvím. Zaměřuje se na jednotlivé pytláky, zkoumání jejich životů a případných trestů za jejich přečiny. Rozebírá zákoníky a právní nařízení souvisejících s pytláctvím. Stručně informuje o technikách lovu zvěře a pytlačení. This Bachelor thesis deals with analysis of historical texts and connecting scholarly literature with topic of poaching in 18. century on the south of Bohemia. It looks for answers to the questions: Why peole were poaching and how? It deals with individual poachers, studying of their livesand punishments of their offences. It analyses of statute-book and law orders be connecting with poaching. It provides brief of the wals of hunting and poaching.
