[cze][eng] Bakalářská práce se zabývá závažným a velmi diskutovaným tématem hormonální antikoncepce.Kromě historie, současných metod i trendů antikoncepce se zaměřuje na negativní a pozitivní účinky na ženský organismus. Upozorňuje především na problematiku tromboembolické nemoci, karcinomu prsu a ovlivnění životního prostředí syntetickými estrogeny. Z pozitivních účinků vyzdvihuje především snížení počtu interrupcí, prevenci karcinomu ovaria či endometria a kladné ovlivnění syndromu polycystických ovarií a osteoporózy. Cílem práce bylo ukázat, že pozitivní vlivy na ženský organismus převažují nad negativními účinky a že v zemích, kde je hormonální antikoncepce rozšířena, došlo k výraznému snížení počtu interrupcí díky jejímu rozvoji. klíčová slova: hormonální antikoncepce, interrupce, pozitivní účinky, negativní účinky, karcinomy, prevence, metody Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)This bachelor thesis deals with serious and very hot topic of hormonal contraception. Besides the history, current trends and methods of contraception focuses on the negative and positive effects on women's health. The particular emphasis is put on the issues of thromboembolic disease, breast cancer and environmental impact by synthetic estrogens. Among the positive effects there dominate reduction of the number of abortions, prevention of ovarian and endometrial cancer and positive effect on polycystic ovary syndrome and osteoporosis.
