Náplní této diplomové práce, jak již její samotný název napovídá, je rozbor právních aspektů ochrany klimatického systému Země. Celá práce je systematicky rozdělena do pěti základních celků, oddílů. První oddíl vytváří úvod do celé problematiky globálních klimatických změn. V jeho rámci jsou zmíněny základní vědecké poznatky dokládající vliv člověka na zemské klima stejně tak jako polarizované zájmy jednotlivých států či jiných vlivných subjektů. Druhý, třetí a čtvrtý oddíl je pak věnován opatřením a instrumentům ochrany klimatického systému, a to postupně na mezinárodní, unijní a také české vnitrostátní úrovni. Poslední pátý oddíl nejen shrnuje to nejdůležitější, jenž vyplynulo z oddílů předešlých, ale také poskytuje kritický náhled na dosavadní postupy, instrumenty a nástroje ochrany klimatického systému Země. V neposlední řadě pak pátý oddíl poskytuje určitá východiska pro léta budoucí. Smyslem všech představených oddílů, tedy smyslem celé této práce, je upozornit na fakt ten, že dosavadní postupy na všech zmiňovaných úrovních nejsou dostatečně efektivní, a proto nejsou způsobilé udržet do konce 21. stol. nárůst globální teploty pod úrovní 2 stupňů Celsia. Intenzivní a koordinovaný postup celého mezinárodního společenství, postavený na uvědomělém počínání každého jednotlivce, je tedy naprosto... In accordance with its title, this Thesis Aims to Analyse Legal Aspects of Climate protection. Therefore its structure comprises of Five major sections dedicated to offer substantial amounts of information on the topic of Climate Change and its Protection. The first section describes the Issue of Climate Change, the History of its Protection as well as necessary measures and certain difficulties to achieve a consensus usually occurring during international negotiations. The second, third, and forth sections address Legal Climate Protection at International, European Union, and National Levels. Finally, the closing fifth section not only summarizes all that has been stated in previous sections but also evaluates Efficiency of actions taken at the three levels mentioned. Furthermore, the last section suggests where the major efforts should be focused on in the forthcoming years. All in all, the main objective of all the sections introduced is to Highlight the Urgent Need for Effective and Coordinated Action taken by the Whole International Community based on Conscious and Mindful Doings of each and every Individual.
