Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje novele zákona o registrovaném partnerství, která upravuje možnost osvojení dětí stejnopohlavními páry v České republice. Hlavní linkou této práce bylo určit zainteresované aktéry vystupující na poli osvojování dětí stejnopohlavními páry a určit jejich rétorické rámce, které prezentují v rovině argumentů. Těchto cílů bylo dosaženo za pomoci obsahové analýzy mediálních textů a expertních rozhovorů. Teoretickou oporou pro zodpovězení těchto otázek pak byla analýza rámců, kterou na poli veřejné politiky konceptualizovali Rein a Schön a která pracuje s myšlenkou překlenutí konfliktu pomocí přerámování. Výsledkem analýzy rámců v této bakalářské práci je popis dvou soupeřících rámců, které se utkávají na úrovni veřejněpolitického fora. Díky analýze aktérů pak byli identifikováni nejvýraznější sponzoři rámců. V rámci této bakalářské práce, která byla psána pod záštitou případové studie, autorka popisuje jak vývoj na poli práv stejnopohlavních párů, tak i hlavní rámce, sponzory a jejich argumenty. This bachelor thesis analyzes a novelization of the Registered Partnership Act, which regulates right to adopt the children by the same-sex couples in the Czech Republic. The main line of this thesis is to determine participating actors acting on the field of children adoptions by same-sex couples and to determine their rhetorical frameworks, which they present on the level of arguments. These goals were achieved by using the content analysis of the media texts and expert interviews. Theoretical support for answering questions set forth by this thesis was a frame analysis, which Rein and Schön conceptualized on the field of public policy. This analysis works with an idea of overcoming a conflict by reframing. Outcome of the framework analysis in this thesis is a description of two competing frames which confront each other on the level of public policy forum. Due to the analysis of the actors the most significant sponsors of the frames were identified. In this thesis which was written under auspices of the case study, author describes the development on the field of same-sex couples and main frames, sponsors and their arguments.
