Tato práce se zabývá přípravou derivátů β-cyklodextrinu schopných tvořit samoskladné supramolekulární struktury na povrchu zlata. Konkrétně se jedná o přípravu a charakterizaci série derivátů - mono-aryl-per-6-(methylsulfanyl)-β-cyklodextrinů - připravených z odpovídajícího monopropargylového derivátu pomocí click reakce: CuAAC. Práce se také zabývá vázáním per-6-deoxy-per-6-methylsulfanyl-β-cyklodextrinu na povrchu zlaté elektrody křemenných mikrovah. Klíčová slova: β-cyklodextrin, methylsulfanylové deriváty, propargylové deriváty, cyklodextrinové deriváty, click reakce This master thesis deals with the preparation of β-cyclodextrin derivatives which can be attached on gold surface via methylsulfanyl groups. The thesis particularly deals with the preparation and characterization of mono-aryl-per-6-(methylsulfanyl) derivatives of β-cyclodextrin prepared from corresponding monopropragyl derivative. This work also deals with the attachment of per-6-deoxy-per-6-methylsulfanyl-β- cyclodextrin to gold surface of quartz crystal microbalances.
