Má práce s názvem Trolling a další nestandardní chování na internetu pojednává o deviantním chování uživatelů internetu v českém i zahraničním kontextu. Trolling a hate se stal neodmyslitelnou součástí online prostředí, je jakýmsi vedlejším produktem vývoje technologií. Cílem práce je odhalit strategie skrývající se za praktikami uživatelů sociálních sítí, kteří cíleně narušují jejich kontinuitu (trolling a tak podobně), vykreslit "portrét" tohoto uživatele a charakterizovat ho, pokusit se popsat, jakým způsobem tito uživatelé jednají a zároveň ovlivňují ostatní uživatele sociálních sítí. V teoretické části charakterizuji základní pojmy, které se tohoto tématu týkají. Patří mezi ně mimo jiné například flame wars, hoax, meme a další. Pokusila jsem se také zmapovat pohnutou historii online deviantního chování, kterou můžeme datovat až do osmdesátých let minulého století. Historický výzkum, který jsem provedla prostřednictvím nezměrného množství internetových článků, mi byl v tomto úkolu velice nápomocný, neboť souhrnná literatura na toto téma není k dispozici. V empirické části práce jsem využila kvantitativní a kvalitativní analýzu. Pomocí dotazníkového šetření, do kterého se zapojilo 225 respondentů, jsem zkoumala postoj veřejnosti k deviantnímu chování (trollingu). Skrze kvalitativní rozhovory s... My thesis is titled Trolling and other unusual online behaviours. It focuses on deviant behaviours of internet users in Czech and foreign context. Trolling and hate became inseparable part of online environment, it is sort of a side product of the development of technology. The aim of this thesis is to reveal strategies hidden behind behaviour of users of the internet who intentionally disrupt the continuity of online environment (trolling etc.), also depicting the profile of this kind of internet user, characterizing him and describing his way of doings and his impact on other users. In the theoretical part I characterize fundamental terms which are related to the topic. These include terms like flame wars, hoax etc. In this part I also attempted to describe the troubled history of online deviant behaviour which dates back to the eighties. Historic analysis of huge amount of online articles was a big help in this task because the scientific literature related to the topic is not available. In the practical part I used quantitative and qualitative analysis. Using questionnaire survey in which 225 respondents took part I explored public attitude to deviant behaviour (trolling).
