V této magisterské práci se zabývám teoriemi sociálního poradenství, vymezuji zde sociální rehabilitace a potřeby a zaměřuji se na některé skupiny postižení. Určuji a popisuji sociologii zdravotního postižení, pojetí zdraví a nemoci. Dále zde popisuji poradenský proces u sociální práce. Podmínky, metody, techniky sociálního poradenství včetně legislativy týkající se sociálního poradenství. Zabývám se zde poradenstvím jako součástí systému ucelené rehabilitace se zaměřením na pracovní rehabilitaci u osob se zdravotním postižením. Poukazuji na význam práce pro společenské uplatnění člověka se zdravotním postižením nebo handicapem. V druhé části magisterské práce provádím deskripci a analýzu poradenství a sociální rehabilitace v regionu Táborsko. Popisuji programy a návrhy systémových změn. Pomocí dotazníkového šetření u respondentů tří nestátních neziskových organizací zjišťuji v jak velké míře dostatečnosti a odbornosti je nyní sociální poradenství na Táborsku a z jakých zdrojů může osoba se zdravotním postižením čerpat. Zjišťuji v jak velké míře je dostatečná sociální rehabilitace zaměřená na efektivitu pracovní rehabilitace a uplatnitelnosti těchto osob na trhu práce. Dále analyzuji faktory, kterými jsou osoby se zdravotním postižením omezovány na pracovním trhu. V další části uvádím prostřednictvím... In this master's thesis I deal with the theories ofsocial counseling. Social rehabilitation and needs are defined here and I focus on some kinds of disability. I identify and describe the sociology of disability, the concept of health and disease. Furthermore, I describe the counseling process connected to the social work - conditions, methods and techniques of social counseling, including the legislation insocial assistance. I deal with the counseling as a part of system of a complex rehabilitation with a focus on vocational rehabilitation for people with disabilities. I point out the importance of working for the social use of a man with a disability or a handicap. In the second part of the master's thesis I make description and analysis of counseling and the social rehabilitation of the region Táborsko. I describe programs and proposals for systemic changes. Using a questionnaire survey (the respondents of three non-state non-profit organizations were asked) I realize how extensively sufficient and expert is the social counseling in Táborsko and from which sources a person with disability can benefit. I find out how sufficient is the social rehabilitation focused on the effectiveness of vocational rehabilitation and employability of these persons in the labor market.
