Bakalářská práce Analýza vybraných aspektů česko-kosovských vztahů v perspektivě jižního Balkánu mezi lety 2008-2014: se zabývá aspekty vzájemných diplomatických, hospodářských vztahů a českou rozvojovou pomocí. Těžiště práce je především v empirickém zkoumání málo známých faktů a také zda dochází k nějaké formě znevýhodňování Kosova ve vzájemných vztazích od vyhlášení nezávislosti Kosova až do současnosti. Práce analyzuje českou zahraniční politiku v těchto třech aspektech a porovnává je s vybranými zeměmi Balkánu. Všechny srovnávané země Balkánu budou pro komparace představeny ve vybraných parametrech, stejně jako diplomaticko-politické vztahy mezi Českou republikou a Kosovem. Právě tato komparace nám umožní zhodnotit výsledky práce české diplomacie vůči Kosovu. Práce dochází k závěru, že přes předsudky české veřejnosti a části politické reprezentace vůči Albáncům nejsou vzájemné vztahy ovlivněny. The Bachelor Analysis of selected aspects of Czech-Kosovo relations in the perspective of the southern Balkans between 2008-2014 deals with three main aspects of the relations between the Czech Republic and The Republic of Kosovo: diplomatic and political aspect, mutual economic relations aspect and the Czech development aid. Centerpiece of the thesis predominantly consists of the mutual relations from 2008 to 2014. The core of this thesis lies especially in an empirical analysis of lesser known facts whilst also looking at whether mutual relations have been unfavourable to Kosovo since its independence. This thesis analyses Czech foreign policy based on these three features and compares it to selected Balkan countries. All of the Balkan countries used for this comparison are introduced with respect to relevant factors for this analysis. The same applies to foreign policy relations of the Czech Republic and Kosovo. Given this comparative analysis, it enables us to evaluate the results of Czech diplomatic efforts towards Kosovo. In conclusion, it finds that mutual dealings have not been unfavourable nor influenced by prejudice against Albanians held by the Czech public as well as part of the Czech political representatives.
