Diplomová práce se zabývá porovnáním dvou typů částečně předbobtnalého škrobu Starch 1500® a Lycatab® C z hlediska jejich lisovatelnosti a citlivosti těchto látek na přídavek mazadel. Jako mazadla byly použity stearan hořečnatý a stearylfumarát sodný v koncentraci 0,5 a 1 %. Škroby byly testovány také ve směsích se sprejově sušenou laktosou Flowlac® 90 v koncentraci 10, 20 a 30 %. Lisovatelnost byla hodnocena pomocí energetického profilu lisovacího procesu a pevnosti tablet v tahu. Citlivost látek na přítomnost mazadel byla hodnocena pomocí hodnot LSR. Hodnoty celkové energie lisování a energie předlisování byly u tabletovin s látkou Lycatab® C vyšší než u tabletovin se Starch 1500® , přídavek mazadel je snižoval. Tabletoviny s látkou Flowlac® 90 vykazovaly vyšší hodnoty těchto energií pro oba škroby, přídavek mazadel jejich hodnoty snižoval. Vyšší hodnoty energie lisování vykazovaly tabletoviny s látkou Lycatab® C, mazadla je opět snížila. Přídavek Flowlac® 90 neměl vliv na hodnotu energie lisování pro látku Starch 1500® , u látky Lycatab® C došlo ke snížení hodnot. Tabletoviny s látkou Lycatab® C vykazovaly vyšší hodnoty plasticity než s látkou Starch 1500® , vlivem mazadel plasticita lehce klesala. Flowlac® 90 plasticitu tabletovin se Starch 1500® zvýšil, u látky Lycatab® C snížil. Mazadla... This thesis is comparing two types of partially pregelatinized corn starch, Starch 1500® and Lycatab® C from the standpoint of compressibility and lubricant sensitivity of these substances. Magnesium stearate and sodium stearyl fumarate in 0.5 and 1 % concentration were used as lubricants. Starches were also tested in the mixtures with spray- dried lactose Flowlac® 90 in 10, 20 and 30 % concentration. The compressibility was evaluated by means of energy profile of compression process and determination of tensile strength of tablets. Lubricant sensitivity of substances was evaluated using LSR values. The tableting materials with Lycatab® C exhibited higher values of the total compression and pre-compression energy, than with Starch 1500® tableting materials, lubricants addition decreased these values. The tableting materials with Flowlac® 90 exhibited higher values of these energies for both types of starch and lubricants addition decreased their values. Higher values of compression energy were in tableting materials with Lycatab® C, also decreased by lubricants. Flowlac® 90 addition had no effect in compression energy with Starch 1500® , value decreasing was with Lycatab® C substance.
