Východiska: Hazardní hry jsou neustále se rozvíjející oblastí patologického chování, které navíc díky technologickému pokroku nabývají dalších podob. Nejen v souvislosti s moderními technologiemi se objevují mladí lidé provozující hazard, kteří mohou představovat latentní riziko napříč celou společností. Cíl: Hlavním cílem studie je vysledovat pomocí kvalitativních výzkumných metod motivaci mladých hráčů k účasti na hazardní hře. Přidruženým cílem je zjistit primární impulz k první hazardní hře, subjektivně pociťované zisky a ztráty ze hry, vývoj hazardního hraní a srovnání motivů mladých mužů s různou mírou problému s hazardní hrou. Metody: Respondenti byli vybírání pomocí metody sněhové koule. Následně s nimi byly provedeny polostrukturované rozhovory. Dále byl všem participantům předložen záznamový arch zachycující sociodemografické odlišnosti a dotazník SOGS pro zjištění míry problému s hazardní hrou. Výzkumný soubor: Výzkumný soubor tvoří celkem 10 respondentů mužského pohlaví ve věku od 18 do 26 let. Věkový průměr činí 23,1 let (nejmladší 18, nejstarší 26 let). Převažují středoškolsky vzdělaní participanti, přičemž polovina z dotazovaných v současné době studuje a menší polovina je zaměstnaná. Jeden z respondentů je nezaměstnaný. Nejčastěji hranou hazardní hrou se mezi respondenty ukazují... Background: Gambling games are evolving areas of pathological behavior, which, moreover, thanks to technological progress, take other forms. Not only in the context of the modern technologies are emerging young people engaged in gambling, who may represent a latent risk across the entire company. Aims: The main objective of the study is to trace the use of qualitative research methods motivation of young players to participate in a gambling game. A related goal is to identify the primary impulse for the first gambling game, subjectively perceived gains and losses from the game, the development of a hazardous and comparison of the motives of the young men with varying degrees of problem gambling game. Methods: Respondents were collecting method using snowballs. Subsequently, the semistructured interviews were made with them. Further was all participants presented the record sheet showing the socio-demographic differences, and a questionnaire SOGS to determine the extent of the problem with the gambling game.
