[cze][eng] Tato práce se zabývá alternativními směry stravování, jako jsou vegetariánství a veganství. Snaží se poukázat na výhody těchto životních stylů z hlediska jejich důležitosti pro trvale udržitelný rozvoj naší planety. Uchopuje definici sociální práce ve svém širším globálním pojetí. Zaměřuje se na přesah sociální práce jako společenskovědního oboru a jejích možností zasahovat do zachování životního prostředí. Zabývá se vztahem sociální práce a trvale udržitelného rozvoje a jejich významem pro životní prostředí. Charakterizuje pojem ekologická stopa jako ukazatel míry dopadu aktivit jednotlivce na životní prostředí. Kriticky hodnotí environmentální důsledky konvenčního zemědělství. Část práce se věnuje konkrétním příkladům organizací v oblasti alternativního stravování v praxi na území České republiky. It aims to highlight the advantages of these lifestyles in term of their importance to the sustainable development. The thesis explains the global definition of social work. It focuses on social work and it's potential to interfere to the protection of the environment. It deals with the relationship between social work and sustainable development and its environmental importance. It describes the concept of the ecological footprint as an indicator of the impact of individual's activities on the environment. It critically evaluates the environmental impacts of conventional farming.
