Diplomová práce na téma "Změny v řízení vzdělávání v ČR na přelomu tisíciletí očima ředitelů tehdejších škol" zachycuje zrušení centrálního řízení vzdělávání v České republice v letech 1999 až 2004 a popisuje přechod na nový decentralizovaný systém řízení. Jedná se o kvalitativní analýzu, opřenou o rozhovory se zkušenými řediteli základních a středních škol. Tito manažeři ve zkoumané etapě osobně i profesně prožívali dopady legislativních změn do školství. Při výzkumu byly ke sběru dat využity narativní rozhovory, analýza probíhala metodou zakotvené teorie. Byly zkoumány příčinné podmínky, fenomén rušení odvětvového řízení, intervenující podmínky (rizika anomie, politizace školství, odbornost versus byrokracie v řízení vzdělávání, vzdělávání a podpora ředitelů škol) a jejich vliv na centrální kategorii. Tou se v průběhu výzkumu stala autonomie školy a byl zkoumán její rozsah včetně dynamiky změn v průběhu sledovaného období. Práce obsahuje popis zkoumaných proměnných a vyhodnocení vzájemných vazeb s důrazem na vazby k dominantní kategorii. Výsledkem je hypotéza (teorie) zakotvená v datech, která byla získána z rozhovorů s respondenty. Tato hypotéza má ambici predikovat děje při dalších cílených změnách v řízení vzdělávání. Práce končí završením přechodu na decentralizované řízení a zavedením... Thesis on topic " The changes in management education in the Czech Republic at the turn of the entury through the eyes of the school directors at that time" captures the abolition of central control of education in the Czech Republic from 1999 to 2004 and describes the transition to the new decentralized management system. This is a qualitative analysis, propped on interviews with experienced directors of elementary and secondary schools. In observed period, these executives both personally and professionally experienced the effects of legislative changes in education. During the research, narrative interviews were used, analysis was based on grounded theory. Causal conditions, the phenomenon of interference sectoral management, intervening conditions (risk of anomie, the politicization of education, expertise versus bureaucracy in education management, education and support of school principals) and their effects on the central category were researched. During the research, the central category became school autonomy, and it's range, including the dynamics of change in the observed period, were researched.
